i was with 8 people our food got serverd over an hour late then we wanted a refund and the manager ran away some other dude came over then was like omg was it bad for you to cause it was for me

Doesn't even deserve one star to be brutally honest. We got told there is no tables inside avaliable which we expected and we had no problem sitting outside. However, the service was terrible. We waited for our food for over a hour and a half. We went to get a refund because we waited half hour just for drinks and when it got to waiting almost two hours for our food we was fed up. Went to get a refund since we still hadn't gotten our food but the manager left and didn't deal with it when we tried speaking to him. The waitress we complained to at first said it isn't her problem and we should speak with the manager. Having worked in a food industry I understood this because the waitresses only take food to and fro. This same waitress refused to serve us again so as a result another waitress was sent to us. Since we never got the refund, we waited since we paid and was hungry. 3 of 8 dishes arrived but were all cold. The chips were cold, you could tell they had been left on the side whilst the rest was prepared and the main dish was cold aswell. We told a waitress after complaining that not even half the food turned up and she asked what we was missing. We waited another 20 minutes for the dishes to come out and one of them was the wrong thing. The toilets were disgusting aswell. We understand public toilets are not always the cleanest, however these were atrocious. After we finished (we couldn't even finish half of it), a local came up to us and said the same happened to him and that service was also terrible. He said that his side dishes never arrived either and they didn't bother fixing it. According to him the manager dismissed him claiming it wasn't their problem despite being the manager who runs the place. As we walked inside to the toilets, all we heard from tables both around us and ouside was the same compliants. Would not reccommend to anyone and will definitely not be going back.
