        After leaving important medication at home whilst on holiday, Boots at Heacham were very helpful and managed to arrange emergency supplies for us. We had received little help from other sources and surgeries, some miles way. Can only say thank you very much to the staff, they saved our holiday!!

        what a shame they open only half days mostly. Always BIG delays on being able to collect a prescription as no pharmasist PM so why are BOOTS not finding enough staff very poor service... come on boots either shut Heacham or employ staff to be able to run the business any other business would fold!

        While the staff are friendly and helpful, they're fighting a losing battle. With current staffing levels there is often a queue of 10 or more people. After 20 minutes queuing you find your prescription is not ready and have to wait another 20-30 minutes while they make it up. How can the country's biggest pharmacy provide such a poor service
