I can highly recommend!!!!
Firstly I met Sarah at her boot camp on the beach in old Hunstanton in July 2020 which was fun! I then decided to have a one to one training session as was having a few problems, with firstly my ham string, back & neck. Sarah has taylor made exercises to help strengthen my core & various other areas. She has taught me to recognise when Im not doing an exercise correctly, which has helped me enormously. I cant tell you how happy I am to have found Sarah! As well as doing a one on one I now do her new zoom classes twice a week its hard but I love it !!! Feeling so much better in myself!
