Great, professional service, I found Proctor Roofing after googling flat roof specialists in North Norfolk. My house has a flat roof section that had been incorrectly built and the builder was refusing to address the issue, resulting in a leaking and damp section of the house. Proctors came and assessed the damage and likely cause, and together we agreed a course of action to remedy the issues. I am delighted with the result and a now dry house. Service: Roof repair

Invited Proctor to look at some leadwork repairs to my leaking roof at my home; they came to inspect and said they could help and I would get a quote within 10 days, I rang after 11 days and was told it would be ready within a further three days. After 3 1/2 weeks they called to say their quote was ready. So, I can't comment on their work, because their customer service was so slow and I have gone elsewhere. But you have to wonder......
