Highly recommend Tania Rowell! I think this woman could possibly be an angel! Not only does she fix the problem, a seriously twisted pelvis! She also does it with such care and kindness! I dragged myself into the place, sobbing, my mental state was in tatters, And after spending 40 minutes with this kind and patient woman, I could of roller skated home, with a massive smile on my face!

I saw Gavin today for an ongoing neck and facial pain issue, while on holiday. I have many different chronic pain conditions and have seen many many practitioners ranging from osteopaths to physiotherists. I can honestly say Gavin is exceptional and one of the best I have ever seen. I came with bad neck pain and facial pain and it was incredibly painful to even talk. I can now talk and my neck feels amazing!!!!! If you are in pain go and see Gavin. I can't recommend him highly enough.

In 2019 I ran a 48 mile ultra-marathon along the D Day beaches in France. Without the care of Alex and Tamsin I wouldn't have made it to the start line. Thanks to them I raised 1.5k for UK Blind Veterans

I can't recommend The Drift enough! The team are professional and so welcoming. They are clearly passionate about their work and experts in their field. It's a beautifully finished, calm oasis in Heacham. My go to place every time!
