        Jemma from coastal companions has been amazing taking care of my nan and grandad who have dementia, she's so kind and knows how to make them feel at ease, treats them more like family than patients which is lovely, highly recommend to anyone

        Coming out from hospital following my hip replacement into a dark place there was a light in the distance that grew brighter as the days went by and now virtually at the end of the post operation period I am ready to tackle a normal existence - that light was Gemma and I cannot thank her enough

        Over the past 4 weeks Jemma from Coastal Companions Home care has worked alongside us to improve our mobility after my husband had a hip operation he is dramatically regaining his independence. I can now walk from Heacham 1/2 way to Hunstanton and back along the prom. Jemma visits us daily, twice a day, she is always on time and reliable a great help to have around.
