Fresh Look Norfolk (Eddie) decorated our hallway, staircase, landing and downstairs toilet; the work included decorations to all walls, ceilings, woodwork and radiator. There were a number of holes in the walls from where pictures had previously been and two stair gates hung as well as cracking between the wood/walls up the stairs. Eddie did an excellent job and we are over the moon with the end result! Eddies communication was very good from initial quote all the way through to completion. He worked very hard and left our house clean at the end of each day throughout the project. We will be having more work carried out by Eddie in the future. Many thanks! I was very impressed with Fresh Look Norfolk and the work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend. From the first contact Eddie was very professional and keen to understand my needs and wishes. He offered a very competitive price for 4 days of decorating. Whilst doing the work Eddie was a pleasure to have in our home, very friendly and very clean and tidy. Eddie was very particular about ensuring that his work was finished to a high standard even if that meant doing a 3rd coat, which he happily did. Delighted with all the work done. I always ask Eddie to do any painting needed. He is respectful of my property, totally trustworthy, and has become a friend. His work is excellent and quick, and he is careful to replace anything he has had to move for access. He also has the advantage of rarely needing a ladder Highly recommended.
