The park is well laid out and signposted. The entertainment is surprisingly great as it doesnt look big from the outside. The lady working in the entertainment area when we were there (11-14th April) was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a private caravan so had to buy an entertainment pass which was fairly reasonable for 6 of us. The entertainment for the kids was very good and inclusive. The facilities like the football pitch and playground look well kept. Things I would say need improving are it would be good if the shop stayed open later, its run by Nisa so not sure if Parkdean have control over this but a 6/7pm closing time is quite early. The waiting time at the bar was a bit slow sometimes. Most important thing is installing heaters/better insulation in the pool changing rooms as they are freezing when you come out the pool area. Most parents i noticed just walk back to the caravans in wet clothes or change in the pool area. Overall a very good experience and nicely rounded park! Thank you
