        I left a voicemail a few weeks ago to make a complaint but have not received a reply. Months ago I had an appointment to remove shellac. My nails are always usually strong, but this salon sanded them down to such a degree, months later they split and are sore daily. They are wafer thin, they are painful and I cant wait for them to fully grow back. Please be more careful with the sander!

        I phoned up on the off chance of an appointment, they got me in within 20 minutes. I haven't had my hair cut for 5 years but everyone straight away put me at ease. As soon as you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome by everyone, Caroline cut my hair and she was brilliant, talked through what she was going to do and made sure I was completely happy with everything. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you all ladies Services: Hair straightening, Blowouts, Shampoo & conditioning, Hairstyling
