Truly appalling, abysmal customer service, smallish stale sausage roll 3.25! I've had similar products in Cambridge not renowned for being cheap from 1.80 to 2.50 in perfect condition. Earlier in the day we tried their coffee shop, ordered one black and one white coffee both filled to the brim so no room for milk .we managed to drink only half of them as the coffee seemed very strong and bitter. The staff were very friendly however so we left without making a fuss.

On walking into the deli its pretty nice on the eyes as there are plenty of nice looking things to buy, however thats about as far as it goes for positives, I bought a small chicken samosa, an oat milk latte and a New Yorker sandwich. On paying it came to 13! I had to ask how much the sandwich was as I was slightly taken aback by the price and the friendly lady replied 7.50 she said it will be the best sandwich you can buy in Norfolk! she was wrong! The bread was definitely from the day before as it was stale, the beef was in thick cut slabs of fatty beef not the nice lean thin slices of pastrami you would expect in a New Yorker old grated cheddar not Emmental or Swiss cheese, some onion and mustard I actually felt sick after eating it, the sandwich was thrown together and I paid a premium for it, coffee was too hot and burnt, the only nice thing that I came away with was the samosa I had to write this review as I felt it would be good for other people to read an honest persons opinion of this deli, hopefully anyone reading this will think twice before throwing money away. Its actually daylight robbery, charging these prices is justifiable maybe if everything is fresh and up to scratch but its not, its just another establishment gentrifying the Norfolk coast by adding a few quid to everything they sell.
