Having purchased a small bungalow, I knew that I needed a couple of extensions to gain storage space and make the property work for me, as well as keeping the 'look' of the property, not wanting obvious 'add ons'. Never having done anything like this in the past, I was quite nervous of the whole process. Having met with a few architects to discuss my needs and price the work, it was when I met with Jordan, that I felt that he really listened and understood my needs. He was very competitive and I am so pleased that I chose Vertex as the whole process, was taken care of, for me, from drawings through to building control. Jordan was happy to make alterations to his initial drawings, when I changed my mind on things, very understanding and knowledgeable. Pleased to report, all building works now complete, building control signed off and have gained the space I needed, without compromising the aesthetic of my home. Thank you, Jordan.

Jordan and his team were fantastic throughout the whole process. He has a refreshing approach and is able to think outside the box. His support didn't end once we had received our planning consent, he has supported us with information and solutions during the build too. We can't recommend Jordan and his team enough!
