We had a great stay in Bourne End house booked through NYCH, the company made everything very simple from booking to check in & check out, would highly recommend! Review of the house pasted below for info: Great house with everything you need for a big family holiday! There was plenty of space for our party of 13 aged from 4 to 70, and our three dogs. The beach is so close and we enjoyed lovely walks every day. The bar area kept us all entertained but there's also lots of alternative quiet space in the lounge and conservatory. The garden is huge (perfect for a game of cricket!),and well enclosed for the dogs. Lots to do nearby as well, a highlight was the North Yorks water park nearby where we went kayakking and paddle boarding. Lots of nice food around as well and takeaways that delivered from Filey.

Should be no stars......My family booked a surprise 60th birthday for me.I today found out that this has been cancelled and the monies which were paid in full on the 3rd January 2020 being 2900 are not refundable .This is something beyond our control and find it unacceptable that the only recompense to ourselves is a 10% reduction on another holiday later on the year. I am totally devastated and so angry to your response to the situation......spend our money wisely !!!!!
