The Hunmanby Convenience Store

Telephoned this morning to see if they were open as I had travelled to Hunmanby especially yesterday at 3.40 and they were closed. I explained that I had been the day before to pick up a parcel. I arrive on my bike to be told that the scanner wasn't working so could not have my parcel. It had been down all morning apparently. No apology, no mention of what I could do and very unhelpful. Also threatened to send my parcel back as I was leaving.. Awful customer service. I won't be using it So glad that it has been taken over and shall be using it again. x

Went in yesterday and a rude Blonde woman decided she was going to finish her cigarette outside before coming in to serve me and then still had smoke in her mouth that went in my face. DISGUSTING.

Following the 70 plus distancing info have been given absolute support with the first cheery welcome face when my delivery of shopping arrived. Thank you. Bless you.

If I could leave a zero score I would. Extremely rude woman behind the counter. Sat on laptop. Very unhelpful when Hermes label failed to print after payment taken. Told me I would have to sort it myself.i asked for Hermes number...no apology just no i don't have it and clearly couldn't be bothered even trying to find it. When asked her name also refused to give it. Won't be returning to this shop and advise others to avoid. Rude unhelpful staff member. Reported them to myhermes who were very helpful and said it's not the kind of behaviour they expect and would pass complaint about this store to customer care.

Great little shop. Everything you need at reasonable prices. Situated in the heart of Hunmanby village, so easy to park. Very Polite and helpful staff and owner.
