The reason why they wont post negative reviews or would want them sugar coated on care homes is because the homes pay to advertise with them.so they wouldnt jeopardise a clients potential spend by posting a negative review. The reality therefore is that tomorrow guides have effectively zero integrity when it comes to searching for a recommended care home or nursery - the good reviews are likely paying for their advertising services..and the negative reviews are likely leveraged to turn into an advertising opportunity.

I posted a one star review on carehome.co.uk about Gresham Lodge Care Centre in Scunthorpe yesterday but they have emailed me this morning to say that they aren't going to publish my review. No wonder there are only good reviews about this 'care' home on carehome.co.uk, if they can pick which reviews to publish on their website. How are people who are thinking of putting beloved family members into Gresham Lodge, meant to get an honest review about Gresham Lodge if carehome.co.uk (TOMORROW'S GUIDES LTD) chooses only positive reviews to publish on their website??

Just had my factual review on carehome.co.uk about Kinmel Lodge bounced. There was no malice in my review, just truthful 'matter of fact' actions that led to my father's death. What is the value in a review when you cannot tell the truth? Feel really let down by this company. If it wasn't a serious topic, it would be a joke.

Refused 3 reviews for invalid reasons. I suspended payment after the first month because I wasn't receiving the service we paid for. They are now demanding we pay 400 up front or they are reporting us to a credit agency for debt recovery without so much as addressing the complaint. Got zero leads from this website. Entirely fraudulent. They don't allow physically disabled people to leave a review that live on their own and silence their voice.

I was asked to sugar coat a review that I had made against oakhouse care home canton Cardiff in order to mask the truth where my grandfather was subjected to cruelty and deprived of food and medication on numerous occasions. I have forwarded their requests to our local mp, social services and the citizens advice bureau. Our case is currently under investigation. I would urge everyone to expose and report this company as they are deceptive and corrupt.
