The staff were amazing nothing negative to say they did all they could to accommodate me.. however I was double booked with another customer on arrival.... and learnt that since my last appointment I have been waring the incorrect prescription glasses that where brought and purchased via vision express... now with out glasses till me new ones arrive ..so not ideal

All felt a little disorganised in this new branch. Was greeted by one of the team who didnt get up from behind her desk and told me to go into the initial screening room. Didnt ask my name and just asked me to confirm about a dozen security questions. I asked if she wanted to know who I was and she said I already know. All very bizarre really. Was then told to sit on a green chair until the optician was available, I was there for around 10 minutes! None of my records had been transferred over from the Newbury store so they had no previous information to go on so I had to go through all sorts of questions, including what my hobbies were?! There wasnt much dialogue with the optician who seemed quite timid or tired, I couldnt work it out. Anyway, Im pretty sure Ill be moving back to Newbury store as had a much better experience there.
