I bought my dress from Miss in 2019 and it was perfect. The shop itself is beautiful and Jo made the whole experience special. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately I have to write a bad review. I had a massive structural issue with my dress on my wedding day and when I reported this to Miss Bridal gowns of Hungerford they refused to accept any responsibility and would not try to resolve this with me in anyway whatsoever.This was a very expensive dress from their top designer collection so you would expect the dress to be perfect and last all day and maintain the shape and structure. Just because the day had passed does not mean that the issue should be ignored.The owner then informed me the shop was to close in the next few months.This shop/business is a Ltd company so this could cause present customers an issue. Its a shame because the dress was a big part of my day and this has cast a shadow over it. I am only giving one star as this review system requests that.
