I am so pleased I contacted this company for a quote to do my hall carpet. I was expecting them to be really expensive because you get the VIP treatment - they come to your house at a time that's convenient, discuss your requirements and budget and then they can't do enough for you to make your vision a reality. After I had their quote I went to Carpetrite to get a quote and they were 100 more expensive for a much inferior carpet and Image flooring in addition fitted a runner and rods for me which I supplied myself so they were probably at least 250 cheaper than Carpetright. The service and advice was fantastic they made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The fitters came and made a smashing job and I am just delighted. I can't imagine why anyone would want to go to a shop when you can have this sort of level of service and workmanship at a great price.
