My 2nd visit to this hotel and how disappointing it was Room door didn't lock unless you slammed it shut can't do that in the early hours when your dog decides she needs to go outside Shower & sink only ran tepid water cold water tap also ran tepid so no cold drinking water for the dog A/C set at 20c was blowing cold air switched it room became unbearably hot so opened a ventilation window road very noisy so couldn't sleep On arrival i had to have 30 charged to my card parking 10 dog fee 25 5 just incase i ordered anything from the restaurant and put it on my room bill restaurant doesn't open on the night i stayed there the day before my arrival dog fee was only 10 when i rang to find out the cost went up 50% overnight pleasant reception staff of a few months ago missing in action though other staff informative and pleasant
