What a good service. The plane was on time with friendly and approachable staff. Very pleased to be given a complimentary coffee and biscuits..this was unexpected but welcome on this short flight.

Why on earth is your customer service number a premium rate? Thanks for rinsing through all my phone credit and cutting me off on position 3 of the queue after waiting so long. The worst.

Do not fly! Whilst the crew themselves are friendly and will help you where they can, head office do not care one bit about their passengers. The number of times I have had flights cancelled, diverted or delayed are a joke, Ive actually lost count. With the attempted return of flights after Covid-19 they have messed up again. Flights booked back in February are being placed at unsuitable times and refusing to change the flights back to a suitable time. They get away with this as they monopolise certain routes ( Ive not even mentioned the astronomical prices! Yes it is actually cheaper to get the train or hire a car for the same journey and your more likely to get there!) When Flybe went bust and Eastern took over, I so wanted them to pick up their game, we planned to use them to go everywhere but they havent. I would rather spend 7 hours sat in a car in traffic then go through the stress of flying with these clowns.
