The two people who showed up to fix my leak in my garden couldnt have been more professional and polite. They turned up on time and were very polite upon arrival. They talked me through everything they were going to be doing, ensured that there was going to be no mess and that the leak would be fixed. They fixed the leak in a timely manner and charged a very reasonable price. I will certainly be recommending them to friends and family and will be using again if anything goes wrong. I rang at around 5pm on Monday evening and the person who answered the phone was very helpful and polite. I explained my current situation of the stop tap in my garden being blocked up. This meant I was unable to turn my water off for a plumber coming the next day. Because of my situation, they said they would come to me that night to clean out my stop tap chamber. They came to fix it shortly after our phone call and even stayed after the closing time of the business to ensure the job was done properly. They were polite and made sure I understood what they was doing before starting the job.The price was extremely reasonable and I will certainly be recommending them to any friends and family!
