It took ages for the lads to do the work in the rain and cold. One of the workers left to price another job and the other guy didn't turn up at all. The workmanship was not very professional, my husband ended up going for an extra flag because they had damage one and since they left he has had to replace a lot of the stones because they had been left uneven. Would not recommend them. Services: Excavation & grading, Hardscaping

I was pretty disappointed - after reading their positive reviews, I was looking forward to having them out for a quote. However, they completely failed to return to two messages - the first at 13:45pm July 30 and the second at 9:54am July 31. If this level of responsiveness is at all indicative of their work, I think might have dodged a bullet hiring this firm for my project. Avoid.

Ive just had two patio areas completed by monarch and Ive got to say Im absolutely thrilled how they have transformed my garden. Mike (the owner), kept in touch and made sure I was happy with the plans and wanted to ensure I was totally happy from start to finish and came out to speak to me personally. Simon and his team of Nathan and Callum worked non stop and honestly did a job that has exceeded my expectations with out doubt its gorgeous. They were professional, precise, and it felt like they honestly wanted to ensure I was totally happy throughout the work being completed. I realised they had real pride in what they do which I think is a bit of a rarity in this fast world. If you read this all at Monarch - Thankyou so much and well done - It was a pleasure.
