Solus Accident Repair Centres - Bolton

Used Solus because Im insured with Aviva. Woman ran into the back of me and creased the bumper. Solus collected the car and transported it to Bolton. I had sent them photographs of the damage and someone spotted that the bumper was a couple of shades darker than the rest of the car. I dont think that it was the first time that the bumper had been replaced. They told the painters to wait for the car before pre-painting the bumper to make sure of it proper match. The result is a car thats better than when I bought it. Solus were outstanding in keeping me informed of progress , even needlessly apologising for a slight delay waiting for parts. Work done at Solus Bolton. Got repaired through insurance, a paint job was needed on one side of car, done very poorly and additionally there were scratches on the other side of car as well. For a scratch on the rear door, the door was painted alone, even the color was not matched properly, its color was standing out the person who did the job refuse to accept poor quality as well as additional scratches liability , send pics of the poor quality work to main office team along with additional scratches, returned car back, again a poor quality work. Customer care service is good but quality of work is extremely poor. The person responsible for paints talks like he has no clue how to do a good job at all. Don't waste time and money with Solus Bolton, will never go back,
