Food arrived twice not properly cooled so had to throw it in the bin twice. Director didn't really seem to care as he never replied to my last email.

Not a good experience at all...damaged food which could have been the courier..but no damage to the main box at all...emailed Jess and got a reply and she said she would issue a credit .Which was good... but then all the hassle started. The following week Food came and it looked a total mess...one item not labelled yet I had all I'd ordered..emailed nourishfit and WhatsApp them...absolutely no replies...2 of my items had blown as if out of date yet we're well in in date use by...emailed and WhatsApp them again..included photos on all occasions ...still no reply ... Then messaged again and again...still NO REPLY...I rang and no answer or it was cut off...I finally thought I was getting somewhere when out of the blue the director emailed me...Mr Groves..apologising for how I've been treated and had put a full week's credit on my account...I thanked him but told him I had no intentions of using them again and I would like all credits to be refunded to the original payment source...and guess what..NO FLIPPIN REPLY... l have emailed him another 2 times now and rang WhatsApp several times...only to be cut off each time... Their customer service from director down over leaves alot to be desired. I informed them that l will now seek further action to recoveris money and will report them to Trading Standards...and still absolutely no response...they just hang up on you if you try to ring them... Unless you enjoy alot of drama and I mean alot avoid like the plague...the Food is defo not worth it..

The meals are fine, some are delicious, for example the beef massaman curry, the Korean chicken. However the biggest problem is being able to receive the meals in a suitable condition - we have had multiple burst containers creating a mess inside the delivery box and some meals then going off before we can eat them due to being unsealed. The way the meals are stacked in the box causes them to burst open in transit, this is not a one off problem. I noted this as my reason for cancelling and have received no follow up contact at all.
