Awful! Attempted to deliver & didn't leave a calling card. I rang the depot and arranged to collect in person the following week. Went to collect parcel only to be told they are not allowing collections today as they can't find any parcels!!!!! Disappointed to say the least

Absolutely useless service they should really rethink the overnight part my parcel arrived 4 days late when I got in contact with my local depot they told they couldn't track the parcel because there was internal system problems but it will arrive tomorrow the next day the package still didn't arrive I got in contact with them again they gave me the same excuse that there was system problems and they couldn't track it but told me I could come to the depot and collect in person even though they didnt know where the package was anyway my item arrived on day 4 the packaging was absolutely battered which proves it has been put on and taken off the van several times I would never choose to use this waste if time company

Honestly and amazing courier, we have used APC for many years due to the personal service and really friendly, helpful and amazing depot support, our account manager Janet has also helped us at every stage.
