Very disappointed customer!!! Lack of communication from the customer service. If I hadnt chase for the goods probably would still wait for delivery, it took almost a month to tell us that there was a delay in supply chain and then his car was broken. James very rude and without any good approach to the customer. I was waiting for my order ages and at the end had to collect the goods by myself. I still havent received my refund for delivery!!! Dont buy from this website it is not warty your time!!!!

At the time I was looking for some replacement gravel, it was proving difficult, either they would not deliver down our lane or quarries had turned to cutting stone rather than chipping gravel. James and Britannia came to my aid with a really nice looking gravel at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our delivery of concrete posts and gravel boards, each one was of exacting dimensions and they have slotted together perfectly and look really strong and smart. Communication was good and when we required a refund as our order changed, money was transferred back to us on the day we sent our bank details. Really impressed with Britannia. Thank you!
