        We stayed in Woodpecker Loft for a weekend as a surprise gathering for the family. The converted barn was perfect , spacious, clean and well equipped with more than enough bedrooms to accommodate comfortably the ten of us. Although in a quiet part of Derbyshire it was well suited to access Carsington Waters and Matlock area. The children loved visiting the pond in the grounds whilst keeping an eye on the Canadian Geese. We would have no hesitation to return.
