        Stayed here with family for 4 nights and had a great time. Good location for reaching loads of places in the peak district. Excellent luxury property, very clean and tidy and kitchen has pretty much any utensils, trays, pans etc you could need for cooking. Beds and bathrooms clean and tidy and plenty of space. Didn't get to spend much time outside as it was February but nice patio area and hot-tub and surrounding garden. Lee the owner was really helpful before and after our stay. Would definitely recommend this place, and hope we can find another excuse to stay in the future!

        A lovely place to stay well maintained.we came here for a two week family holiday, and we all enjoyed the stay The only thing I would say is that the rooms looked bigger in the photos than what they were in real life but it did not make any difference to the holiday. The kitchen was well equipped we made meals for 14 . I would recommend staying here and I would come back .
