        We went in for something to eat on the way from Alton Towers. To be greeted by a very rude staff member who looked at us and said have you booked? (No welcome or smile or anything) We hadn't as we didn't know we had to and I didn't see online that this was required. We replied no and in return she said well we can't serve you then. Despite there being many tables available. We didn't even feel like there was an option to have a drink. Avoid!!
