A Colourful Journey- Lucy Renshaw

My partner and I recently attended Lucys upholstery course which was so wonderful! Lucy herself is warm and welcoming and you immediately feel comfortable in her presence. The surroundings of wheres shes based are just so lovely - calming countryside, gorgeous views and the creative barn space for therapy/ upholstery just feel like home! Whilst on the uphostery course we were offered a guided meditation which was so welcome and certainly helped our creativity. I couldnt recommend Lucy more - plus the cakes and cups of tea were delightful! Xx

I attended a workshop with the idea of learning about interior design and what a bonus to learn about the positivity of colour and its impact on us holistically. I thoroughly enjoyed my day with Lucy. She was warm, welcoming and engaged with what I wanted to get out of the day, a total joy. Not only did I learn some practical skills, but Lucy shared some of her mindfulness practices and meditation exercises, which were beautifully calming and relaxing. A well rounded day ( with excellent tea and cake) - a feast for the mind and soul!

I attended Lucy's colour retreat on Friday and have never felt so relaxed and at peace. The whole day was lovely - the setting, the food, the delicious juices and teas and of course Lucy herself. The guided mediation and yoga were so relaxing. A real "retreat treat"! Thank you!

What a wonderful day at Lucy's retreat! Truly uplifting, affirming and calming all in one beautiful offering. The food, the setting, the experience was all so gorgeous! Would highly recommend for anyone needing som time out to reset and discover ways to implement this in day to day life
