        We were anticipating a hefty bill when we took our Wildax into ES Hartleys at Ings on Thursday 20th April with a dodgy roof light fastening. When we went later in the day to collect the van we were prepared to be told a the new roof light would have to be ordered and wed need to return for it to be fitted. Great news from Mark in the workshop, hed worked his magic for us again ( hed done so previously with a leaking shower). The roof light was fixed, along with another issue linked to the solar power and the battery. And we also learnt that Mark was fluent in French! Thanks once again for your help Mark.         Upon arrival, we were greeted by John. We had arranged to look over a motorhome but unfortunately it didn't suit our needs. John showed us several vehicles and went above and beyond to help us. Our experience with ES Hartley was excellent and John was the most down to earth and helpful people we have ever dealt with.
