        Today, I received exceptionally great service - and this is the main reason I will now purchase my logs only from Cosy Logs. The product can be as good as it comes, however, it's the service and people that make the difference. Thank you for making the delivery very easy for me today!

        Came uncovered on a torrential day, so they were soaked. I then tried to dry inside. Weeks later the logs are mouldy, wet inside and have blackened the glass on a brand new log burner after just one use. This was my second purchase of the dumpy bag, the first lot were better, but not great- certainly not kiln dried. In fairness to the people working there, I did receive a refund pretty instantly (and an apology) but the product is not on par or what you want to be putting in your log burner.
