Listening carefully to our needs, and going thorough the many choices in colour, panelling, glass and modern technical accessories. We were frequently kept in the loop, from order through to fitting and we didn't have to wait long for our bespoke design to arrive. John and his team of fitters were a brilliant bunch, a professional team of experienced, polite, hard working guys, nothing was too much trouble.
