    DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! I had a small bump with one of their vehicles. We agreed to proceed on a 50/50 basis, even though their van was at fault. My word against theirs! My car was substantially damaged, wingmirror ripped off and two dints, a plastic cover had fallen off their vehicle wingmirror. I was asked to get quotes, I did, three garages later I submitted my costs. I booked my car in at the cheapest garage using second hand parts to keep costs low. They then refused to pay half to my bill, fabricated huge costs at their end, wouldnt get quotes, failed to inform me of any of this. Yet held me to huge standards. I asked for proof to back their extreme costs, after all I provided this courtesy to them! They refused to back this up with any evidence whatsoever and the lady was rude and less than kind. She explained she had costed in huge hourly rates for their staff. My costs werent covered AT ALL. Neither had their been any prior mention of this. I would have gone through insurance if Id of known how awful and upsetting this would have become. My mechanic laughed stating he could have repaired their vehicle for 30. Possibly even 5... I was billed 175! I am still awaiting for their proof, which they have failed to provide as it is LIES. If you want an honest company with compassion and someone who wont rip you off, when all I tried to do was be a Good Samaritan?!? Then please look elsewhere. If they can treat an innocent party like this then how do they treat their customers. Its a shame we have two houses that would have benefited from a local company offering renewable energy. I will await the remaining balance outstanding..... absolutely disgraceful conduct from this company.
