        Would of been a none star if possible!! This place is a disgrace they charge 252.00 for a phone consultation which is ment to be 45 minutes to an hour. I got a 20 minute phone call, the bloke that called rang me late and was rushing me off the phone and never told me anything I needed to know! At the end of the call he was telling me to pay him the 252.00 now over the phone, I explained I was gonna try through my insurance but all I got was, well just pay me now, it will be easier that way, it was VERY CLEAR all they care about is the MONEY. Times are hard and I dont just have 252.00 sitting around. I am so upset and disgusted by this. All I wanted was to get my dog better.

        Absolutely wonderful staff, very polite and understanding. Such a hard situation to find oneself in, immediately put at ease. So much love shown to my daughter's dog. Thank you so much everybody x
