Wow. Fantastic service and a smile. We purchased an Audi Q3 with no pressure and great service. No pressure test drive, all documents were ready for viewing paid for the car and drove away happy. Many thanks JEREMY And SAM

My son recently purchased a BMW M135. Could not have received a better service. Did everyone they said they would and we got a great deal. Great price too. My son loves his car.

Amazing customer service, answered every question I had about the car, prompt replies to my emails, I had issued my side as the travel was quite a distance to which they kept the car in their dealership for 2 weeks total (Which not many would) and when I finally got to pick it up was ready to go, nicely cleaned, and a big shout out to CJ, excellent customer service, showed me around the car, even gave me a little driving lesson as I had never driven an automatic before, overall amazing service from CJ at Luck Lane Cars.

As a businessman myself I like to wait until at least a week prior to purchase before leaving a review of a company so as not to place a review out of anger. I purchased a Mercedes C220 2015 model with approx 24k miles from this dealer. On the drive home from Huddersfield to Farnborough the car came up with an amber engine management light. The next day I had the vehicle booked in for fault code check which cost 72 (an amount refunded by Luck Lane Cars). It turned out the vehicle has 2 outstanding recalls with Mercedes, I have booked the vehicle in with Mercedes and they have said that likely those issues are resolved by the recall but to keep an eye on it. Whilst at Mercedes I was advised that front brake discs were below safe level and front brake pads are very near setting off the pad sensor and need replacing, I have now had to book the vehicle in for these replacement parts at a cost of 500 which Luck Lane Cars said is not covered by them as it is 'wear and tear', and that 'they think front brakes were an advisory on the MOT'. For me to have worn the vehicle I would naturally have needed to have had it for more than 1 week, it is highly worrying that Luck Lane Cars were aware the front discs and pads were approaching the legal limit according to the MOT and did not change them, nor draw my attention to this fact. My messages with the seller were answered swiftly and in a polite manner, however, I always say that the sales service received is no judge of a good company, a quick reply when 14,500 is to be gained is expected, a good company operates inside of morality and not legality in terms of aftercare and most importantly in the safe preperation of a vehicle prior to sale. I would not sell a product I knew the customer would then have to spend extra money on instantly to use as intended. Given the poor care and attention paid to the quality, servicing, upkeep and maintenance of the vehicle I purchased, due to the engine light coming up within 2 hours of ownership, due to my time required in having recalls resolves and having to spend 500 on new front pads and discs within 1 week of purchase I cannot recommend this company and would suggest future customers look elsewhere for a more trustworthy and thorough supplier. I bought from a dealer because a dealer should mean the vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition, has been thoroughly serviced, has no outstanding advisories on the MOT and that aftercare and support is in place, the first 10k miles plus should not require a buyer to change anything other than fuel. In my opinion Luck Lane Cars has failed to live up to the most basic of requirements of a car dealership.
