3 years ago I bought a Mercedes c220 of these local dealers and it is running like a dream Ive only ever had to do the routine service as recommended and it has flown through the MOTs without an issue. Today I went and bought my daughter a her first car a Vauxhall Corsa. As per my first experience the gentleman didnt push me into the old car sales pitch but allowed me to carry out my own checks and gave me the facts I needed to know. Cant recommend this dealership enough. professionals, they know their cars but most importantly know how to treat their customers which cant be said about every car dealership!!

Absolutely disgusting place! Sold me a life-threatening car we end up in court! Before you buy a car from them, arrange a check-up with a car mechanic

My husband bought a car from here which was with full of problems. His full brief is below. They broke our trust, never go here.. Booked a car on 22th April 2022 where the car was due to bumper and exhaust change for MOT; the delivery was promised on 5th May 2022, the car was not ready by the date of delivery so they loaned me two cars each had issue (one broke down same day for which I had to pay for towing from Bolton and one had no lock). Because of lack of service and bad experience I went to him and said look I dont want the car refund me because I am not having any confidence in you but he said if you back off you will lose deposit. I had to keep loaning cars in mean time from family people as I had no other car to use. My promised car was given to me on 18th May 2022 (where still car was not fixed) and it was promised that later he will fix everything before final delivery which was 1st June 2022 and will give me with a three month warranty from warranty wise (which he lied off, I checked with the company, I am not covered). On date of delivery I took the car and was driving where I found there was issue with injection came up and I acknowledge him of same he said he will fix it but it was not possible to give him cars for days and days everytime. Also, one of my mechanic said that car was not totally fit had smoke smell coming too much and other eletrical issues still exist which would cost me. I contacted him referring the citizen advice that I have right to reject the car under consumer right act 2015 as it is not of satisfactory condition and I am within 14 days of purchase yet; I duly notified him in writing on 7th June 2022 and gave him 14 working days to resolve. Finally we have ended up in small claims court and Ill fight till end. Never trust them as a good car dealers.
