TYRE FLEW RIGHT OFF!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I wish I'd read reviews first. I bought a car from them which started making noises from DAY 3. When I told them, they kept the car for a day and then asked me to take it to someone else for repair but never booked me with them. They also told it was definitely safe to drive till repairs. I booked myself in for repair, but on day 13, when I was driving, the front right TYRE FLEW OFF THE ROAD!!! It was such a scary experience!! After telling them I drive 85 miles on the highway everyday, this is the car I got. So fortunate that it happened on an empty town road and everyone's safe. But my family was with me! When asked, all I was told was "You must've hit a curb. It has MOT. You've damaged it, claim insurance." even after telling repeatedly that I haven't hit or touched anywhere. Also, should that mean their cars' tyres fall off if you hit a curb??? Looking at reviews now, I wonder how valid the MOT is. Very bad experience. Can't believe people can misuse trust so much for some money. Avoid at all costs if you value yours and your family's lives.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Absolutely the best customer service you could ask for when buying a car. Ali was so helpful from start to driving away! He was also very helpful with a problem I had with another company. Excellent garage. I 100% highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic team! I bought my new car from them today. And cannot believe how great they all were. I drove up and wanted to trade my old car for a newer model car. With No appointment booked. And Completely at random. The level of professionalism and politeness was fantastic, and the team dealt with me ASAP and made sure I was truly happy with my new buy. Not to mention a fantastic price for my old car too!! I honestly Could not recommend them all enough. Great people and even greater service !
