Service has gone downhill here, after being a VW customer for many years I won't be using them again after my recent experience here. Some of the staff are very aggressive. Spend a large amount of money on a car with a good brand name you expect some good customer service and support unfortunately it's like too Much hard work for them here. Well, Volvo have a new client now. Thank you to the staff who were helpful in the past.

They advertised mini clubman for sale When I range ,on phone they said all the phone calls recording They said the car just had 2 owners and been service (full) with the mini (main dealer) I paid the deposit and when I went to see car ,I ask for the service history and the logbook they said they lost the service history and the log book is with admin ,and they cant find it. the MOT was just 4 mouth and 10 days left ,the sales manager(Lee) he said we cant give you full MOT unless you pay 40 . The jack for the changing the tyres was missing and he said you can bay it for eBay,he told me they can give me free delivery up to 30 Miles which I side no need it. I checked with mini main dealership And they checked the car history,was no record at all. And then I don HPI check find out 4 previews owners ( which they told me 2) I thought I pay more for peace of mind and Buy the car from main dealer And good costumer service But unfortunately very disappointed
