Zero stars! If only I had seen others reviews first. These cowboys messed me around, have essentially stolen my money and now refuse to take calls. They have not responded to formal requests for my deposit back when they are clearly in breach of contract. Steer well clear!!!

These scumbags have now taken down their website. Tried their best to rip me off but luckily I've been studying law for the last 5 years, and have already covered contract law. They had H Pennington MOT the car, had 12 months with an advisory they told me nothing about until they delivered the car. Thin brake pads, which I later found out were almost through to the metal, 1.7mm left. 3 obvious MOT failure, chipped windscreen in driver's line of sight, excessive imbalance rear brakes and left headlamp didn't work propeerly. So how did the MOT garage miss those??!! From a garage report, an estimated 1000 repairs, not including replacing the wheels which didn't fit the car properly, or come as advertised. The guy was pretty sinister on the phone, said I was being too difficult, he had tried everything to resolve the issue, etc etc. Even said I was a "clever person", thinly disguising what he really meant. I got every penny back, except for the 30 tax which he's stolen from me. He said the wheels were aligned at Kwik Fit but they said the car was never there. He didn't bring the logbook on delivery, said he'd sent it away for me, but 2 months later DVLA say they never received anything, so now I can't reclaim the tax. I told Billy, the dealer, he said he'd pay me back but has since refused, ignored my messages, and has now taken the website down. Albert Street Huddersfield is the address. I''ve warned Autotrader and also reported them to Fraud police. Probably the worst dealership in the UK. Genuine conmen who even write their own reviews because it's their only answer to the bad ones, apart from changing their company name. Absolute scum these people. If you search Ignition Go in google you'll see the director has dissolved 3 previous dealerships and looks as though he's heading for a 4th. In my last message to Billy I told him about the brilliant car deal I found in Doncaster who sold me a spotless car and went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was sorted, including excellent after care. I told Billy this dealer would rather lose profit than have an unhappy customer and bad reviews. I asked Billy who he thought would go further in business. No reply of course, but look who's website has been taken down and who's still selling cars and piling up excellent reviews, with customers recommending them to other people. Having dissolved 3 companies already.should tell you all you need to know about Ignition Go. Even if you managed to find a car with no faults, you'd still be giving your money to a dealership that's been ripping people off left right and center. With so many terrible reviews I've seen, I wonder what the scale of their offending has been.

Don't buy anything, they don't keep the promise of any service post sales and also once they sell the car, they won't pick up any calls. They will talk like they are very professional and friendly but don't believe. They gave me a false promise to take the car back since they were unable to repair it but then said they don't have the money to give it back. If you have read any of the review, I hope you understand don't do any business with them. I wish I could give this place a 0 stars.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I bought and Astra from them a year ago, never received the warranty through email even after chasing them. The car came with a full service and MOT however I think my 9 month old daughter could have done a better job. Two months later I took my car for a full service and surprise surprise had to pay 900 for complete set of new brakes, 3 new tyres, the list goes on yet is was supposed to have had a fill service before collection!? Billy is a lier and a con. A year More faults with the car have developed which know doubt Billy was aware of for example faulty electrics. When we viewed the car the fan was noisy which Billy pointed out and said he would get it fixed and so he did. All I can say is it must have been the same cowboys that did the service and MOT because the fan has since become noisy again. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THOS DEALER!!!!

1 star is generous for the customer care and service i received from this company; the WORST car buying experience! Unfortunately, I didn't read the online reviews before purchasing a car from these guys. I was promised an extended 6 month warranty as part of the deal, however it took 2 months in order to receive the warranty despite continuously chasing them, to which i was repeatedly lied too and given excuse after excuse as to why i'd not received it. It took getting advice from Citizens Advice and notifying them that they were in breech of Contractual Law by which i could take the issue further if they didn't respond and uphold their end of the contract, in order for them to send out the warranty papers - to add insult to injury they were dated from when i bought the car NOT from when they had completed the Warranty (2 months passed already)!! When i contacted IgnitionGo about this they became verbally aggressive and loud over the phone and denied to help me nor understand my frustration in them not upholding their side of the purchasing contract. Other reviews re warranty read the same as my experience, AVOID THIS COMPANY, once they've got your money they couldn't give 2 hoots about customer care or delivering what they promised prior to buying the car!
