Tania did a few small jobs for us and to be fair we were happy with them. So we asked her to quote for a larger job. She came and measured up and I went to the shop to choose fabric. She advised if we hadn't heard from her in a week to message her, which we had to do. Although she read the message she didn't answer for a few days, which was fair enough as we respect she is busy. She said she would get back to us as she hadn't spoken to her upholsterer yet. Another week after we still hadn't heard anything, so I messaged again. Yet again I was told she still hadn't spoken to her Upholsterer, so I asked if she knew how long it may be (as we had a timescale to work to, which she was fully aware of from the start). That last message was two weeks ago and she still hasn't responded. I was at no point rude or pushy, and again, we totally understand she is busy, but communication is all it takes. Luckily we have managed to find someone else that can do the job and meet our time scales despite us wasting 4 weeks waiting for Tania ! We were courteous enough to let Tania know, but she hasn't even bothered to respond to that either. So unfortunately due to the lack of respect and communication she has lost a customer for now and the future.

Great job done by Tania, just what i asked for in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this lady.

Just received delivery of two fully re-covered sofas. Absolutely perfect. Tanya could not have been more helpful and professional. Excellent price and very good customer service. Would recommend this company most highly.
