All round great experience with Chris. Chris took the time to talk to me about the issues I was having with my back as a result of poor posture and provided advice on how to strengthen my upper back. Great massage with Chris talking me through each stage, Chris is very easy to talk to which made the whole experience far more enjoyable! Chris has a huge knowledge and experience about body. Hes also very nice and friendly. I appreciate online booking which makes things much easier! Definitely recommend!

I would recommend anybody to go and see Chris. I have had back issues for around 2 years (continual acute pains), and within a month, my pains had gone. He listens, and targets the problems. I will be going back on a regular interval. If you do have issues, do not put up with them, go and get them sorted.
