We had booked it in September 2019, for a ukulele festival in June 2020.... Because of the Covid shutdown, cancelling EVERYTHING, we attempted, starting mid April, to cancel our 4 day stay at Lux. Emailed the correct address, three times. and, called twice... emails never answered. Blown off on the calls... ' the manager will have to approve, but should be no problem'. of course, there should be no problem, but, said refund had not been refunded... STILL waiting to get any acknowledgement of a refund...
Keep that in mind.... Will call again tomorrow, for the third time... :-/
