This is by far the most amazing service that has ever been provided to me ! 1. (Quote)We looked around my property and discussed what I was looking for/where it would go. There was no trying to sell me the best equipment. Straight to the point, I was provided the information that was needed and what he thought was best.Provided with 3 quotes shortly after. 2.(Payment) This was quite flexible, I asked about monthly instalments but turned out I didnt need it with the price I was quoted. 3.(installation) Amazing Job ! We spoke quite thoroughly about what would be best/tidiest options. Cracked on with the work and spoke to me about any problems that came up. (Overall) I would fully Recommend this company, I have 0 complaints

Mike came out to install a new hard drive for my camera system. He was professional, knowledgeable and well priced. I definitely recommend Northwest Security for any CCTV or alarm installation requirements.

Wanted to update my existing Risco system, unfortunately I was most disappointed with my existing installer due to cost of upgrade, plus replacement battery charges & yearly subscription charge. Therefore I turned to Northwest Sercurity who offered me everything I required without any yearly subscription. I have been extremely pleased with the upgrade, Mike carried out the upgrade with professionalism and throughly explained how everything operated. He set the system so that I have full control of my alarm which my previous installer refused to do which led to frustration when it required maintenance. I would highly recommend Northwest Security for its professionalism, high quality installation and cost which compared to my previous installer saved me hundreds of pounds for the upgrade & ongoing battery replacement without the yearly subscription.

We have been thinking of having CCTV fitted for some time and when we eventually decided to have it fitted we contacted Northwest Security. It was one of the best decisions we have made in some time. The guys were extremely professional, knew their subject and could not do enough to please the customer. They listened to what we wanted and did not try to push something that we did not want or need. The fitting was done neatly and they took, what I would describe, as personal satisfaction in the work they carried out. The system it self is superb, we couldn't of asked for a better service or system. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone considering a CCTV system. Steve & Karen
