I needed an update and additional security measures to an older alarm system. Chris Rewcastle quickly came out to assess the situation and came up with some very good ideas that i had not thought about. He was very professional and followed up with a quote very quickly which i was happy with. Richard installed all the items quickly and professionally taking care to ensure items were exactly where we wanted them that would not compromise the system. We came across an issue with the existing bell box that had been buried under some insulation in the loft, probably done by a cowboy builder during a prior extension - they had disguised that by putting a dummy box on the external wall. Richard consulted with Chris and agreed that if he could reroute the cable from the existing box to the outside then he could stay and complete the application without additional charge to me. Richard did this but had to work like a ferret in the loft space to reach the necessary cable - the rest was made sound with correctly wiring into an isolation box rather than twisting the wires/taping up. We now have a superb installation!! Carlton Alarms proved yet again that they go the extra mile to get the job done - there are other alarm systems on offer in our area but i wouldn't dream of using anybody else ever again!!
