Tried to book a learn to fish course for my son. When they finally replied to email after 3 month's I had a positive phone conversation and told to email with the date I was interested in. I did this within minutes on the 2nd August and now on 19th (the day I tried to book) I am still waiting for a reply to both the email and and text (sent to check he had my email after had no reply).
