Had windows done with them. The process of coming to do the windows was abit slow but eventually was done. One window was cracked during installation and we had up to 3 cancellations before they could fix it. The workers that came mistakenly broke our toilet top when installing the windows. We have sent emails, called and gone into the office but nothing has been done about it. This happened December last year and we keep getting ignored. Very disappointed with how they handle any problems encountered during installation.

Reposting this review as my original seems to have disappeared since January 2023. There are several reviews on here that detail similar issues I faced. Make sure you read them as well, this is not a company you should be doing business with. Asked for 5 windows including a bay window moving to a straight window and have had nothing but issues with Walkers. From damaged or completely missing trim/seals, through to not completing the job despite sub zero temperatures. Throughout all the issues Walkers had plenty of opportunities to remedy the problems but ended up having to chase them to do the job I paid them for. Non-responsive to calls, you have to constantly chase them to get them to actually deliver what they promise to do. Please heed my warning and find alternatives.

Had 4 windows and a door fitted today by Paul & his son Luke Hardy. They arrived on time, knew exactly what they had to do & just got on with it. Put covers over floors & furniture & tidied up afterwards. Very unintrusive. Kept them in coffees as weather was shocking - but they kept going until the job was done. Fantastic workers, very pleasant & polite. Would definitely recommend for another job.
