Great service and quick delivery. Purchased a pressure washer, asked alot of questions by email and got a quick replies and every question was answered thoroughly. Cant speak highly enough , would definatley recommend and use again. Also price of item was lot better than other sites with same machine. Delivery - ordered on the friday afternoom and was there first thing monday morning . Overall very good proffessional company . Andy

Completely useless. First of all, this company could have asked where to leave the package if I wasnt home at point of sale, and pass this info on to the courier. I received a text from DPD to give the courier instructions, AFTER HE HAD ALREADY BEEN. Instead of leaving the parcel with a neighbour or placing it somewhere safe, they take it to a drop shop which is not fit for purpose, an understaffed Morrisons that had a queue of 14 people waiting for parcels) I did not have time to wait. The parcel then gets returned to them after only 5 days. Pumps and pressure asked me to pay again to have it redelivered. A simple instruction box on the payment page of their website would save a lot of problems! I receive 8-12 parcels for my business every week. This is the first time one has been redirected! Its also the first (and last) time Ive purchased anything from Pumps and Pressure. The most annoying thing about this is, the items purchased were small enough to post through a small letterbox! I am now without the items and I lost the shipping fee. Ill just stick to buying on eBay, more reliable! Poor customer service and poor communication from them and the courier. No emails were sent to track my package, only delayed texts!

The people that I dealt with from this company were extremely helpful and they helped me with every question that I asked, and gave me advice when they didn't need to really. All in all they are top class people and the service that I received from start to finish was phenomenal! Would definitely buy from them again and I would most definitely recommend them. I honestly couldn't speak more highly of the folks at pumps and pressure. VERY PROFFESSIONAL AND LAID BACK SERVICE THAT MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. thank you so much. Look forward to using your services in the future.
