Charlie, the branch manager, constantly made sure there was nothing lacking with the service and made any adjustments where needed despite being last minute. There was a mix-up with payments off the set menu, but Charlie owned up to the issue. Apologised and reassured us of a solution suitable to us.
The kitchen staff prepared our food to an excellent quality and even went out of their way to keep service open until they found an extra slice of cake for one of out dessert hungry players. This extra effort was much appreciated and so a special thanks to Andy, the kitchen manager, for going the extra mile.
