Closed early again!!!

Wife turned up to collect a parcel, told not there, barely checked the boxes around him, told wife to take it up with parcelforce. I went in to try, same story, challenged him for not looking at some areas with boxes, totally dismissive and blamed parcelforce! Went home to check cctv to see whether it was a box or package, wife saw and said she recognised it in window when she was in there. Went back told him to check the package and as if by magic it was ours, continued to try blaming parcelforce, never apologised or admitted his mistake and didn't care i'd wasted 1.5h of my Saturday and petrol for 18 mile round trips to the shop. Absolute shambles.

Always changing opening hours never mind answering the phone when you try and get information!!! Absolutely disgusting for a local post office to pick & choose when it's supposed to be open

Why shut in the middle of the day, just wasted my time driving to you. I have a set time limit to collect my parcel! Change your opening times if they wrong. You have a bad review a month ago for the exact same thing!

I arrived at the post office to collect a parcel to find it closed in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday. Myself and another gentleman waited 15 minutes because the sign said it was lunch break - I waited 15 minutes after the lunch break was supposed to end and it was still not open (which was a different lunch hour displayed on here, I've requested it be changed). I then returned over an hour later and it was still shut. Royal Mail were striking today, however, I checked the official Royal Mail website and all post offices in my area were supposed to be open - so no apparent reason for this one to be shut. I also tried calling, but there was no answer.
