Paddock Post Office

Possibly the worst shop along with the worst customer service imaginable, not only do they not pay tax on the alcohol they sell (they certainly charge the customer tax) but they also refuse to refund or replace damaged goods bought from their store. I have also noticed that on several occasions when withdrawing money from the post office part, that the transaction is duplicated, now, they do tend to reverse the second transaction, but only once they have been informed, which strikes me as a little odd, yes it could be a genuine mistake but its strange how its never happened to me before and suddenly it happens almost every time money is withdrawn from this particular shop. Not only that, I have noticed on numerous occasions that after checking my bank statement; the prices dont always add up, 50p more here, 2 more there, its ridiculous and if it wasnt for the post office, I wouldnt use their services and I certainly wont be buying anything from the shop ever again, Ill also be reporting them to trading standards, and showing them the evidence.

Biggest fraud shop in UK report to trading standard Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods you supply must be fit for purpose. As there was a problem with the goods when I bought them, I request that you give me a full refund

Sent an item with them, guy wrote wrong postcode customer complained no idea if parcel is going to arrive or not. Terrible customer service.
